COMMUNITY WELLBEING
Joyful resistance and the tools to self-care
With experience of support work, activism and service design, I use a range of compassionate and creative tools to support feminist and community wellbeing. Whether you're a mum looking for self-care ideas, an activist experiencing burnout, a survivor recovering from trauma, or interested in work/life balance, I can provide empathetic support and spaces to reflect, connect and learn. I can offer online training programmes, activity worksheets or 1:1 support.
