Joyful resistance and the tools to self-care

With experience of support work, activism and service design, I use a range of compassionate and creative tools to support feminist and community wellbeing. Whether you're a mum looking for self-care ideas, an activist experiencing burnout, a survivor recovering from trauma, or interested in work/life balance, I can provide empathetic support and spaces to reflect, connect and learn. I can offer online training programmes, activity worksheets or 1:1 support.

Previous clients include; Amina Muslim Women's Resource Centre, Dundee Women's Aid,The Empower Project, the Scottish Women's Network, Scottish Women's Aid member groups, Women's Aid East and MidLothian, Suffolk Rape Crisis, Glasgow Connected Arts Network, the Bold Collective and the YWCA.

I have also been running a programme with colleagues at the Collective for women who lead. Find out more here
