WELLBEING FOR MOTHERS
Motherhood is a constantly moving part of our lives; negotiating our own identities and needs of our children whilst moving through a sexist and unequal society. Reflecting on how social inequality impacts on our wellbeing, these creative and participative sessions can help us to come together, reflect on boundaries, time and equality at home, at work and in our communities. As a mum of two small children myself, I have a deep understanding of the conflicting emotions, joy, tension , growth and challenges that mother hood can bring.

Over the past year, I've been hosting facilitated well-being spaces for mums to connect, rest and try out creative self care activities. The next one will be running on the 24th June at 8pm, online, £10 a ticket. However, if you're unable to afford this, please do get in touch as I'm more than happy to create spaces for all mums to attend, regardless of your income. Get the kettle on and join us for connection and community.
