WELLBEING FOR MOTHERS
Motherhood is a constantly moving part of our lives; negotiating our own identities and needs of our children whilst moving through a sexist and unequal society. Reflecting on how social inequality impacts on our wellbeing, these creative and participative sessions can help us to come together, reflect on boundaries, time and equality at home, at work and in our communities. As a mum of two small children myself, I have a deep understanding of the conflicting emotions, joy, tension , growth and challenges that mother hood can bring.
Following on from the sold out September session, I'm going to be hosted a further day time event on the 27th October, 12-1330. We'll be chatting about community wellbeing, inequality and mental health and self compassion. Get the kettle on and join us for connection and community.
